Job description

Together with SPECTR, we are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven workflows, integrating cutting-edge LLM technologies to enhance automation and decision-making across industries like retail, finance, healthcare, and logistics.

SPECTR is a leading software engineering and IT consultancy company that specializes in building software, data integrations, and implementing cloud infrastructure platforms to support organizations in their digital transformation. With expertise in sectors like retail, manufacturing, logistics, HR, finance, education, and healthcare, SPECTR provides consultancy, project execution, and managed services based on modern principles such as DevOps, API First, and Cloud First.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop AI-driven processes leveraging modern tools to address complex business challenges;
  2. Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into client systems;
  3. Ensure AI models are effectively employed to meet performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements;
  4. Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge;
  5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI engineers and team members.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI engineering, with a strong focus on developing and deploying AI models;
  2. Strong proficiency in Python, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code for AI and machine learning applications;
  3. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software design principles;
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
  6. Experience working in industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, HR, finance, education, or healthcare is a plus;
  7. Knowledge of Langflow is nice to have.
