You’ll translate customer needs into clear product decisions and partner with UX to deliver intuitive dashboards and reports that users can act on.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and design in a triad, define success metrics, and communicate priorities across stakeholders, while leveraging data to guide product

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience at a technology company, with at least 2 years on B2B SaaS, data, or platform products.
• Proven experience working directly with customers and turning discovery into delivered outcomes that achieve their goals.
• Familiarity and comfort with data, including using data to analyze and monitor product health.
• Uses AI tools in everyday product work to move faster and make better decisions.
• Experience partnering with UX on data-heavy experiences like dashboards, reporting, or analytics.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Management Console.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and translate them into clear product decisions.
• Collaborate with UX design and research to create intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Make data-driven decisions by defining success metrics and monitoring product health.
• Shape how AI turns data into insight and action with prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Work in a triad with engineering and design, translating designs into stories with acceptance criteria.
• Align stakeholders across product, engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and leadership.
