Qualifications

• Solid C# basics and willingness to grow within the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience shown through personal projects or GitHub profile.
• Basic backend development knowledge: Web API, EF, databases.
• Ability to read and improve existing code with Git.
• Practical use of AI tools for debugging, research, and automation.
• Understanding AI limitations and data privacy concerns.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication, independence, curiosity and receptiveness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Developing backend tasks in .NET, maintaining APIs, and assisting with integrations.
• Writing clean, testable code and creating unit tests with mentor support.
• Using AI tools consciously for code generation, debugging, and research.
• Participating in code reviews, workshops, demos, and bug/log analysis.
• Collaborating with experienced developers and verifying AI-generated solutions before implementation.
