Newell Brands in Poznan is seeking an AI Developer/Software Engineer to turn innovative ideas into AI-powered solutions. You will develop, test and deploy AI applications using Python and Azure and collaborate with product, data and technology teams.

The role emphasizes scalable design, code reviews, and maintaining clear technical documentation, with strong emphasis on AI/ML workflows and best practices. Fluent English required; hybrid work model offered and opportunities for learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role or 1-2 years’ experience with an advanced degree (MBA level or Master's degree in a technical field)
• Hands‑on experience developing with Python.
• Working knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based development.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and AI/ML development workflows.
• Fluent English (written & spoken)

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As an AI Developer/Software Engineer, you will help turn innovative ideas into AI-powered solutions that solve real business challenges and deliver meaningful impact. Working alongside product, data and technology teams, you will develop, test and deploy AI applications using modern technologies and cloud platforms. You will contribute to the design of scalable solutions and continue to grow your expertise in this fast-evolving field.

We will support your development through regular feedback and access to online learning resources.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions using Python and Azure platforms.
• Implement AI/ML (artificial intelligence/machine learning) models following established development patterns and standards
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Deploy and support AI solutions in production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and improve solutions

What You’ll Need
