Newell Brands in Poznan is seeking an AI Developer/Software Engineer to turn ideas into AI-powered solutions. You will develop, test and deploy AI applications using Python and Azure, collaborating with product, data and tech teams to deliver scalable outcomes.

You'll grow your AI engineering skills through ongoing feedback and access to online learning resources while contributing to shared assets, documentation and best practices in a fast-evolving field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role or 1-2 years’ experience with an advanced degree (MBA level or Master’s degree in a technical field).
• Hands-on experience developing with Python.
• Working knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based development.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and AI/ML development workflows.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).

As an AI Developer/Software Engineer, you will help turn innovative ideas into AI-powered solutions that solve real business challenges and deliver meaningful impact. Working alongside product, data and technology teams, you will develop, test and deploy AI applications using modern technologies and cloud platforms. You will contribute to the design of scalable solutions and continue to grow your expertise in this fast-evolving field.

We will support your development through regular feedback and access to online learning resources.
