Job summary

Speechify Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer - AI Data to join our AI team and build data pipelines powering model training and next-generation AI products. We build high-quality datasets at petabyte scale and low cost by combining engineering, infrastructure, and research.

You will discover new data sources, design reliable pipelines, work with AI scientists, and own projects from discovery to delivery. A degree in CS or related field, 5+ years backend experience, and Python/Bash proficiency

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend focus.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash in Linux environments.
• Experience building and operating production data pipelines and large-scale data processing.
• Strong problem-solving, initiative, and ability to work independently in ambiguity.
