You will lead LLM-powered architectures, agent-based workflows, and tool integrations, translate business needs into technical solutions, and collaborate with product teams to improve reliability,

Qualifications

• Strong experience building LLM-powered applications with agent-based workflows.
• Proficiency with LangChain; LangGraph preferred.
• Software engineering background as Tech Lead or Senior Engineer; design scalable backend APIs.
• Proven leadership, mentoring engineers, and delivering in ambiguous environments.
• Experience delivering end-to-end initiatives with clear prioritization and execution.
• Excellent communication to align AI tech with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of LLM-powered chatbot architectures, including agent-based workflows and tool integrations.
• Define technical direction and system architecture for scalability and maintainability.
• Own delivery execution by organizing complex initiatives and coordinating engineering efforts.
• Mentor engineers and promote a high-performing engineering culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions and contribute to product roadmap.
