Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an embedded technical partner to bridge Map Operations and Google Engineering. You will design and deploy end-to-end automation and AI tools, focusing on AI model experimentation, generation, and maintenance for efficient operations and data workflows.

As part of a small, cross-functional unit, you will build pipelines, work with geospatial data, and craft dashboards to monitor performance, SLAs, and root cause analyses.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in technical operations, software development, data analysis, or developer support.
• Ability to autonomously design and productionize AI tools from prototype to production.
• Strong English communication and ability to translate tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Locality Experts to map operational pain points and engineer Python/AI tools and automated pipelines.
• Support Geo Mapping Data Technicians with configurations to improve daily workflows
• Triage and debug complex churn and policy bugs, coordinating with third-party and Engineering teams
• Create Tools Requirements Documents (ORDs) and document impact of changes
• Design, deploy and maintain dashboards (e.g., PLX) to monitor SLA and RCA reports
• Act as a cross-trained backup to Locality Experts for policy verification and data auditing
