Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar analytics/AI role
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Fabric)
• Experience building AI-enabled analytics solutions
• English at least C1 level

Responsibilities

• Build AI and BI analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Snowflake, Power Platform
• Design dashboards, AI agents, and decision intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights
• Improve IT operational performance, transparency, and data-driven decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders across Nordea to drive strategic technology initiatives
• Enhance, optimize, and troubleshoot analytics and AI solutions in an Agile (SAFe) environment
