Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead for a hybrid role in Katowice, Poland. You will build delivery capability, lead Agile events, and work with teams to turn priorities into measurable outcomes across hardware and software domains.

You will balance coaching with hands-on delivery, facilitate critical planning sessions, and help create sustainable practices within the Agile COE. The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.

You will work directly with teams, lead Agile events, surface delivery barriers, and help teams turn priorities into delivered outcomes.Help build the Agility practice within the Agile Center of Excellence (COE), part of Strategic Operations in the Intelligent Devices (ITD) High Performance Organization.
