Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager-Agile Engineering Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Controls to drive sales growth by product adoptions using agile methodologies across our 5 global engineering sites.

In this role, you will provide leadership across cross-functional teams within large-scale programs, supporting Scrum Masters and teams in building a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Working closely with Product Managers and supply chain leaders, you will embed agile practices to enable lean and effective execution. You will also design global training programs, build knowledge-sharing networks, and champion best practices. By continuously evolving agile tools and frameworks, you will help strengthen organizational agility and support long-term business success.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Ensures agile teams working with Product adaptations deliver customer value meeting business goals and strategic priorities for the growth areas in the product portfolios.
  • Continuously drive and prioritize projects & changes within the portfolio to drive growth impact.
  • Close collaboration with Sales development, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to continuously drive activities to improve process efficiencies, tool developments and process automation
  • Facilitates communication, serves as a link between teams and local leadership, and distills strategic guidance to the teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend agile tools and technologies that enhance productivity and facilitate seamless workflow.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

  • Bachelor or similar education with a technical background
  • Solid experience from a complex global organization min 5 yrs.
  • Experience in running agile projects of varying size and complexity
  • Proven experience within product development
  • Fluent and comprehensive English
  • Experience with cross cultural teams in multiple location
  • This position does not include direct people management responsibilities
