Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a FEM Analysis Engineer in Poland to perform lifing, stress, and fatigue analyses on aero-engine components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop lifing models, and mitigate risks to ensure reliable performance across aerospace projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in aerospace or mechanical engineering and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in aero-engines or turbomachinery applications.
• Proficient in Ansys APDL, Ansys WB, and Hypermesh.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lifing analysis for aero-engine components to determine operational lifespan and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information for lifing analysis.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to perform stress and fatigue analysis on components.
• Develop and maintain lifing models and databases to support ongoing analysis and decision-making processes.
• Identify potential risks and issues related to component lifing and propose mitigation strategies.
