We work: Hybrid (85% remote, 15% in the office per month - 3 days in the office only)

Position: Administration Specialist with Finnish

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing client's technical documentation, including updates on completed work, materials used, and creating or adjusting electrical design drawings
  • Collaborating daily with international teams and receiving task updates from Finnish technicians
  • Communicating gaps in information to internal and external stakeholders

Candidate requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (B2) and Finnish (minimum B1)
  • Comfortable working with technical documents and interested in technical issues
  • Previous experience is not required but is appreciated
