About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Project Supervisor to lead and manage creative projects across our client base. Reporting to the Creative Manager and Director, this role is responsible for overseeing the daily workflow of creative requests, ensuring quality control, and driving team productivity through expert supervision, mentorship, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Project Management & Supervision: Oversee client accounts to ensure full utilization of design plans.
- Review briefs: Review creative briefs for completeness and clarity.
- Task Assignment: Assign tasks based on designer skill sets and workloads.
- Deadlines: Set realistic and timely deadlines based on project complexity.
- Workload Management: Manage designer workloads to ensure balanced project distribution.
- Workflow: Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
- Administrative: Maintain and manage daily deadlines and project calendars.
- Delivery & Communication: Ensure timely delivery and accurate task assignments; communicate deadlines and project updates with designers and clients.
- Quality Control: Review creative work before client delivery for accuracy, branding, and adherence to briefs.
- Feedback & Improvement: Provide constructive feedback to designers and support continuous improvement.
- Creative Execution: Ensure the creative vision is executed effectively and efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and coach designers to grow skills and performance; act as liaison between design and other departments, resolving issues proactively.
- Client Relations: Keep clients updated on project status and manage expectations; address feedback or concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Currently studying marketing, advertising, design, or a related field.
- Proven background in design, video editing or related creative field is a plus.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
