As an Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering results across rent management and client accounting. You will lead and motivate a talented AP team, driving their growth through hands-on training, coaching, and constructive feedback – while identifying opportunities to help each team member reach their full potential. This job is part of the Portfolio Services which is responsible for database and financial management of properties on behalf of our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of 6–10 finance professionals supporting international clients within Accounts Payable and Client Accounting processes
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Effectively manage escalation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Monitor operational risks and cooperate with audit teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and best practices
• Support operational delivery across rent management, client accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

What You’ll Need

• Fluent German and English
• Preferred experience - within Accounts Payable, Client Accounting or related finance functions
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Well versed MS Office skills
• Readiness to learn new things

Nice to have

• Experience in Real Estate environment
• Additional foreign language
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or Real Estate
