A global technology leader is seeking an EMEA AP Team Leader in Poland to oversee the accounts payable function across multiple countries. The role requires managing a team, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements while working in a hybrid model from the Katowice office. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in finance, 3+ years in accounts payable, and strong leadership skills.

Role: EMEA AP Team Leader. You will oversee the accounts payable function across multiple countries (Accounting or Vendor Master Data + AP Helpdesk), ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will drive continuous improvement, business transformation, and the adoption of best practices, modern tools, and technologies. You will partner with and influence strategic sourcing, production plants, and other departments. You will work in a hybrid model from our Katowice office and report to the Manager, Accounts payable. The role will manage a team of approximately 12 direct reports.
