Job summary

OPmobility in Kraków, Poland, is seeking an AP Accountant with French to join our finance team and support regional P2P activities. You will process supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with controllers, purchasing, and suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in accounting/finance, 4+ years in P2P, SAP Finance and VIM experience is a plus, and fluency in English and French. This on-site position offers an employment contract and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices following the 3-way match and ensure timely payments.
• Resolve exceptions and discrepancies in invoices.
• Communicate with Controllers, Purchasing, P2P teams, and suppliers on records and payables.
• Reconcile open supplier invoices with statements per Group policy.
• Collaborate with the O2C team on related transactions.
• Manage GRNI accounts.
• Support supplier master data accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and month/year-end close.

The role of AP Accountant with French will be based in our office in Cracow, Poland and it will report into a Regional Hub Europe P2P Lead.
