**For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the AP Asia Specialist role.****Your role:*** Responsible for full scope of Accounts Payable process of one or a few entities;* Act as a contact point for Vendors and Employees;* Communicate with Business Teams regarding coding of invoices, follow global policies and guidelines;* Check quality of supporting documentation to then review and post invoices;* Reconcile payments & B/S accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies;* Generate regular reports;* Maintain Accounts Payable generic mailbox;**Your experience:*** Fluent English;* University degree in finance or professional accounting course;* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in SSC sector, within AP /T&E function;* Customer focused and service oriented;* Excellent communication skills;* Attention to detail and accuracy;* Experience in SAP;* Ability to cope with changing priorities of the team and fluctuating volumes;**and the Team:**Linklaters are a people business.
