This role combines strong accounting expertise with people leadership and close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards

  • Lead and manage a team of Accountants (work organization, support, development)

  • Cooperate with external auditors and internal stakeholders

  • Ensure high quality and accuracy of financial data

  • Drive process improvements and participate in finance-related projects

Responsibilities
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance

  • Experience in team leadership or readiness to take on a managerial role

  • Strong accounting knowledge
