Are you a seasoned accounting professional ready to take ownership and drive meaningful change? In this role, you won't just close the books - you'll help shape the financial integrity of our organization.

Here's a little taste of your challenge:

  • Leading month-end close activities in line with the global schedule.
  • Performing detailed P&L and balance sheet analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Preparing and reviewing account reconciliations.
  • Verifying payroll calculations from external providers and posting payroll journal entries.
  • Managing intercompany transactions, invoicing, and interest calculations.
  • Collaborating with the Tax team on CIT reconciliations and VAT reporting for Polish entities.
  • Handling Intrastat and statistical reporting.
  • Preparing financial statements for Polish entities.
  • Taking a lead role during local audits.
  • Supporting procurement through purchase order creation.

Who are you?

  • You have hands-on experience supporting or leading financial audits - you understand audit requirements and know how to prepare accurate, audit-ready documentation.
  • You bring solid experience in General Ledger accounting, ideally within an international company or shared service center.
  • You're fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • You're proficient in Excel and have worked with ERP systems - SAP is a strong plus.
  • You have sharp analytical skills and communicate with clarity and confidence.
  • You're structured, proactive, collaborative, and service oriented.
