• Is studying Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or has graduated from an economic/financial technical school
• Knows basic accounting principles and is eager to learn more (no prior work experience required)
• Is comfortable working with Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Has strong investigative and analytical skills handy when reconciling invoices and payments
• Is responsible, curious, and has a positive attitude

Your duties

• Importing bank statements into the financial and accounting system
• Importing payment transactions from payment operators into the financial and accounting system
• Importing sales invoices into the financial and accounting system
• Managing and reconciling accounts receivable (invoices and payments) and resolving discrepancies
• Analyzing cash inflows and recording export confirmation documents
