Zusammenfassung

Talent Place in Warsaw is seeking a qualified Accountant to join our expanding Polish operations in the iGaming sector. You will maintain accurate accounting records, process transactions, and prepare financial reports in line with local regulations.

You will collaborate with Group Finance and external auditors, assist budgeting and forecasting, support tax reporting and licensing-related accounting, and use Excel and ERP systems. Fluent English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).
• Understanding of the Gambling Act and gaming tax accounting principles.
• Experience in accounting related to licenses, regulatory fees, and financial guarantees.
• Experience collaborating with Group Finance teams and supporting consolidated reporting processes.
• Previous experience within the iGaming industry will be considered an advantage.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

• Manage and process documentation through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors when required.
• Support the continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.
