Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking an Accountant to manage Purchase-to-Pay processes and ensure timely vendor payments with high quality. You will handle inquiries, monitor balances, and support month-end close, working in a hybrid setup in Łódź.

The role requires a Master’s in accounting/finance, 2+ years SSC/BPO experience, SAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills, with English fluency and French at an intermediate level.

About the role:

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for Purchase-to-Pay support for the business, vendors, and other stakeholders in order to pay vendors on time with the highest quality, as per the KPIs settled.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling vendor and business queries (internal and external).
• Monitoring open vendor balances (including debit balances) and related activities.
• Monitoring blocked invoices.
• Resolving the issues in order to release outgoing payments.
• GR/IR activities.
• Delivering productivity and quality results as per the KPIs and targets settled.
• Perform monthly and yearly close activities.

About you:

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or similar field
• At least 2 years of professional background in a similar position, preferrably in the SSC/BPO environment.

Advanced knowledge of Purchase to Pay processes

Fluency in written and spoken English

• French language intermediate (communicative) proficiency
• Knowledge of SAP is a must
  Knowledge of OCR / VIM is nice to have
• Practical excel skills.
