Barry Callebaut Group in Łódź is seeking an Accountant to support Purchase-to-Pay processes for vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely payments and high data quality aligned with KPIs.

You will manage vendor documents, respond to queries, monitor balances and blocked invoices, perform GR/IR activities, and support monthly and yearly close, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting/finance or similar field.
• At least 2 years in SSC/BPO environment preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Purchase to Pay processes.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of SAP is a must; OCR/VIM is a plus.
• Practical Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Teamwork and communication with collaborative attitude.

About The Role

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for Purchase-to-Pay support for the business, vendors, and other stakeholders in order to pay vendors on time with the highest quality, as per the KPIs settled.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor documents processing.
• Handling vendor and business queries (internal and external).
• Monitoring open vendor balances (including debit balances) and related activities.
• Monitoring blocked invoices.
• Resolving the issues in order to release outgoing payments.
• GR/IR activities.
• Delivering productivity and quality results as per the KPIs and targets settled.
• Perform monthly and yearly close activities.

About You

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or similar field
• At least 2 years of professional background in a similar position, preferrably in the SSC/BPO environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Purchase to Pay processes
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of SAP is a must Knowledge of OCR / VIM is nice to have
• Practical excel skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, focus on delivering accurate results
