Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Finance professional to support the PtP function in Poland. You will process invoices, expenses, and payments, respond to supplier inquiries, and support month-end closing in an international context.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, strong Excel skills, and fluent English. The role offers collaboration with multiple departments and growth within a global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in finance within BPO/SSC is an asset.
• Strong MS Excel and English skills.
• Team oriented with a will to grow in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, employee expenses and credit card statements.
• Handle supplier queries and payments; cleanse supplier balances.
• Intercompany reconciliation for the German scope.
• Participate in month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Create and update process documentation; assist audit prep.
• Collaborate with other departments and trading partners.
• Participate in knowledge transfer projects across European locations.

Job Description

• In the PtP department: processing invoices, employee expenses and credit card statements, handling supplier queries and payments, cleansing supplier balances (aged creditors and debit balances). For German scope – also intercompany reconciliation
• Participation in activities related to month end closing process
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Creating and updating process documentation
• Preparation of documentation for audit purposes
• Participation in projects improvement existing processes
• Active cooperation with other departments, company units and trading partners
• Opportunity to participate in knowledge transferring projects from other European company locations

Qualifications

• At least bachelor degree (Finance, Accounting or related)
• Experience in finance area, within BPO/SSC is an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good English skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Willing to develop in an international company
• Energy and drive to succeed
