This role involves managing a variety of Accounting tasks, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our corporate accounting records, maintaining compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and handling other general accounting duties as assigned. The ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness is critical. Reporting to the Manager of Accounting, this position is based in Poland and can work fully remotely.Bachelor’s or Masters Degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.1+ year experience of accounting experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.Proven experience in managing accounting functions, financial reporting and compliance.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORS:** Track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Ability to adapt to changing financial regulations, standards, and organizational needs. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Location: Remote Poland (with some onsite team work in Warsaw/Poland office)Working Hours: CET working hours however, this role will require flexibility to accommodate 2-3 hours of work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) for month-end close activities. However, we ensure that your total working hours will not exceed 40 hours per week, and we offer flexible scheduling to balance your work-life needs.Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of job location.
