Your Responsibilities

• Verifying and booking of cost invoices and bank transactions
• Monitor of account payable and account receivable transactions
• Verifying and preparing data for month-end closing activities
• Cooperation with the external accounting service providers
• Record of “one-off” sales invoices and review of revenue
• Ensure compliance with Polish GAAP, VAT, and CIT regulations, including accurate preparation and review of related financial documentation.
• Cooperation with our entities located worldwide (Canada, United States, UK, UAE etc.)
• Looking for improvements and process automation
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts (like: cash, prepayments, accruals)
• Process manual payouts to Fresha Partners in UAE and KSA
• Perform review of P&L accounts in order to identify missing invoices, missing bookings (prepayments, accruals), etc.
• Prepare / Review the Financial Statement in accordance with the group accounting policies
• Prepare / Review VAT returns
• Prepare / Review Income Tax Returns

Our Requirements

• Atleast 4 year of experience in the accounting / finance field
• Knowledge of Polish GAAP, VAT and CIT
• Financial education background
• Understanding of accounting and tax law
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Being proactive with analytical skills and good attention to details
• Good organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

Optional

• Knowledge of Sage Intacct (our accounting software), Optima (accounting software for Polish entity) & Transfer pricing
