Smar Global Group is seeking an independent accounting specialist with solid knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations. You will manage client accounts, handle month-end closings, and prepare VAT and CIT reports, while growing with the team.

We expect a university degree in economics or accounting and 1–2 years of Poland-based experience. The role offers growth opportunities and a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in economics, accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of practical accounting experience in Poland.
• Experience in independently managing clients and performing month-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of VAT and CIT.
• Understanding of WNT/WDT, import and export accounting.
• Polish language skills for working with documents and clients.
• Experience with Enova365, wFirma, or Saldeo is an advantage.
• Independence, responsibility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

We are looking for an independent and responsible specialist with a strong knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations, experience in managing client accounts, and a willingness to grow with our team.

• month-end closing and preparation of accounting and tax reports;
• VAT and CIT calculations;
• accounting for foreign currency transactions and exchange differences;
• handling WNT/WDT, import and export transactions;
• monitoring settlements with contractors;
• communicating with clients on day-to-day accounting matters.

Requirements:

• a university degree in economics, accounting, or a related field;
• 1-2 years of practical experience in accounting in Poland;
• experience in independently managing clients and performing month-end closing;
• strong knowledge of VAT and CIT;
• understanding of WNT/WDT, import and export accounting;
• Polish language skills sufficient for working with documents and communicating with clients;
• experience with Enova365, wFirma, or Saldeo will be an advantage;
