Bolt Food is looking for an Account Manager to be the driving force behind the success of our restaurant partners for the new Bolt Food service. You will be their dedicated point of contact, helping them maximize their business volume and revenue on the new platform.

About The Role

As an Account Manager for Bolt Food's new service, you will be at the forefront of revolutionising how restaurants manage their yield and attract new diners. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all activated restaurant partners, ensuring their success from launch through sustained growth.

Your core mission will be to drive business volume and revenue within the new product, cultivating strong, lasting relationships with our restaurant partners. You will be instrumental in guiding them through the new platform, ensuring a seamless experience that maximizes their visibility and customer acquisition.

This dynamic role demands exceptional communication and strategic negotiation skills to navigate diverse merchant needs and market changes. Your ability to adapt swiftly to evolving commercial landscapes and efficiently manage multiple accounts will be crucial in empowering our merchants to thrive within this exciting new product.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth by contributing to the country's targets through building strong business relationships with a portfolio of business partners, restaurants in the designated area.
  • Participate and execute on the portfolio / country commercial strategy that expands Bolt Food’s customer base
  • Manage, organize and negotiate eater-facing campaigns that will increase business volume and revenue.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to gain insights driving and improving customer performance
  • Forecast growth and evaluate the achievement of our business goals.
  • Execute and refine our operational strategy, solve daily commercial and operational issues.
  • Lead re-negotiation of restaurant contract conditions such as commission rates and campaign plans
  • Work with cross functional departments to drive business growth (Campaigns, Merchant operations, Customer Service, Courier Operations)
  • Engage in commercial conversations with restaurant partners via phone, email, Zoom and meetings on an ongoing basis to monitor and support progress toward their business objectives.


About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience: preferably in Account Management, Consulting, Business Development, or similar roles.
  • Expert analytical skills: ability to interpret, prioritize business impact, present data to generate insights and support decision-making
  • Never-settle mentality: proven track record of client success and consistently achieving critical metrics and revenue targets
  • Commercial vein: ability to build and maintain long term professional relationships with business partners using listening, negotiation and persuasion skills, and ability proactively find solutions to business problems
  • Outstanding project manager: capable managing multiple projects, resources, priorities and time
  • Minimum language requirements: Fluent in Polish and Business level English speaker
