Job summary

Publicis Production EMEA Hub seeks a Production Coordinator to oversee end-to-end production, localization, and adaptation from brief to final delivery. You will work with clients to analyze requests, create timelines and cost estimates, and guide projects to meet expectations.

You will coordinate with client service teams, transcreation partners, and creative teams while soliciting feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of video, mailing, digital and print production processes.
• Knowledge of web and/or content publishing processes is a plus.
• Strong self-starter and independent thinker, adept at teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• People skills that inspire confidence with clients and teams.
• Ability to adapt style to client needs and internal/external teams.
• Ability to navigate organizations and chase down answers.

Overview

• Coordinating production, localization, adaptation (end to end) process from brief to execution.
• Works with the clients to receive and analyze briefing requests.
• Builds project timing plans and project cost estimates.
• Responsible for guiding clients and their expectations managing projects and production issues.
• Solicits client feedback and communicates potential areas of improvement to management.
• Establishes good work relations and relationships with the clients, client service teams, transcreation partners and creative teams.

• Knowledge and experience with relevant video, mailing, digital and print production processes and techniques.
• Knowledge of web and/or content publishing processes is a plus.
• Strong self-starter and independent thinker, but adept at working within a team structure.
