JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team to manage relationships with our partners. You'll be instrumental in fostering strong, long-lasting partnerships and driving mutual growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners to ensure their satisfaction and compliance
  • Manage new partner onboarding and support partner due diligence procedures
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries and issues
  • Oversee partner communication regarding earnings payout processes
  • Serve as a connecting link between partners and internal finance teams to ensure clear and accurate communication
  • Collaborate with our compliance team to ensure adherence to relevant industry guidelines and regulations
  • Facilitate effective coordination with content management team, addressing any content-related concerns or issues
YOUR PROFILE
  • 3+ years of experience as Account Manager or similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills
  • Experience in managing compliance documentation and processes
  • Knowledge of earnings payout processes
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results
  • Fluency in English (B2 and above)
