At Dashboard Insights, we deliver dashboard and analytics solutions that help businesses make better decisions. We are looking for three Account Executives to join our team and work directly with our Australian clients.

This role combines client management, solution delivery, and business growth. You’ll be responsible for guiding clients from implementation through ongoing success, while also handling ad hoc tasks that support day-to-day operations. It’s a client-facing position that requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and strong communication.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed.
  • Analyse client operations and recommend dashboard solutions tailored to their goals.
  • Deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of dashboards.
  • Build long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and work with internal teams to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor product usage, gather feedback, and share insights with the product team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and dashboard technologies.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required to meet client and business needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with international clients.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage both planned responsibilities and ad hoc work.
