A dynamic start-up is looking for an Account and Business Development Manager who will optimize and scale B2B sales processes. As a fully remote position, you will manage the entire sales pipeline, drive outreach strategies, conduct demos, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, possess strong HubSpot CRM expertise, and thrive in a B2B SaaS environment. We are looking for an Account and business development manager to help us optimize and scale our B2B sales and customer success processes. You will manage the full pipeline from lead generation and outbound engagement to demos, onboarding, and account growth.
This is a fully remote role with flexible hours at the German start-up Inhubber (key4contract GmbH), a blockchain and AI-powered document management platform. Youll be part of a dynamic team with strong growth potential and the possibility to relocate to Malta.
