About the role

In your role as a Junior Transport Specialist you'll be responsible for monitoring transport orders and daily contact with Clients in Europe. On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with transport companies and DFDS’s and external Client’s office’s in Europe.

Your duties and responsibilities
  • Daily communication with incoming customer inquiries (via email/phone)
  • Monitoring the logistics chain agenda
  • Editing and verification of transportation plans through Europe
  • Handling customs export and import documentation
  • Monitoring the logistics chain agenda
  • Generating reports for the Local Business Unit
  • Executing assigned tasks
About you

We are seeking Candidates who:

  • Have experience or educational background in logistics
  • Are willing to work flexible, weekly afternoon and night shifts (16:00-00:00 and 00:00-08:00, as well as during weekend shifts – around 2 working weekends per 8 weeks)
  • Understand the critical importance of transportation in controlled temperature
  • Possess a strong command of English, at least at a B2 level. Ability to communicate in Spanish is an additional asset
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills
  • Can effectively foster productive relationships with both customers and team members
  • Display meticulous attention to detail when dealing with transport documentation
  • Have a keen interest in advancing their career within the field of logistics
  • Speak Polish fluently
