Wipro is seeking an Incident Coordinator to join its Service Management team in Poland. You will coordinate high-priority incidents, chair major incident calls, and drive rapid service restoration across a global, 24x7 support model.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in incident management or IT service management, strong ITIL knowledge, and proven ability to manage cross-team communications under pressure. Hybrid work options available with offices in Gdansk or Warsaw.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in Incident Management or ITSM environments.
• Hands-on experience as an Incident Coordinator or Major Incident Coordinator.
• Good knowledge of ITIL and practical incident management processes.
• Experience facilitating Major Incident Management (MIM) calls.
• Experience coordinating cross-tower incidents and multiple support teams.
• Strong communication with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or BMC Helix.

• Coordinate and manage lifecycle of major/high-priority incidents for timely resolution.
• Chair MIM bridge calls and engage all relevant support teams.
• Drive triage, prioritization, escalation, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, apps, networks, and cloud.
• Provide regular incident status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Monitor progress and ensure actions meet timelines.
• Support escalation processes and engage technical experts.

• Work with Problem/Change/Release Management and Service Desk to improve stability.
