A leading financial institution in Poland is seeking a Full-Time Analyst for its HR Analyst Development Program. This 2-year rotational program will develop the next generation of HR leaders by providing hands-on experiences across various HR functions. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be enthusiastic about a career in Human Resources. The program starts in July 2026 and offers extensive learning opportunities alongside senior leaders.

As a Full-Time Analyst in the Human Resources Analyst Development Program at JPMorgan Chase, you'll gain a deep understanding of various HR functions and develop expertise in specific areas, such as analytical skills, tools and software. You'll expand your professional network and gain insights from senior leaders. Working in different teams across the HR function on three 8-month rotations, you'll receive guidance and support from a peer and senior mentor.
The program will begin in July 2026.
