Job summary

Euroclear seeks a Security Operator to manage privileged access lifecycle within CyberArk, perform security checks, and support PAM-related IT changes. You will handle UNIX elevations, PTA and Safe recertifications, working in shifts to ensure full-service coverage in a dynamic security environment.

The role emphasizes IAM expertise, ServiceNow familiarity, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset, with clear English communication across stakeholders in a global cyber security team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Identity and Access Management domain or similar field.
• Experience with ServiceNow or another ticketing tool.
• Eagerness to learn Azure Cloud technologies; prior experience is an advantage.
• CyberArk experience or certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience as Windows or UNIX administrator is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell and/or other scripting and automation tools is a plus.
• You are a quick learner with a self-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks in a demanding operational environment.
• You act as a strong team player and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
• You have critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving abilities.
• You have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with users, team members, and other stakeholders.

The main mission is to ensure that each individual has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons as well as to respond to the increasingly rigorous compliance requirements. The services covered by the teams include user lifecycle management, privileged access management, infrastructure management and security advisory services in the context of Identity and Access Management.

Job Description

The services covered by the teams include user lifecycle management, privileged access management, infrastructure management and security advisory services in the context of Identity and Access Management.

Role

This is a Security Operator role where you will operate the day-to-day management of privileged accesses in the company. This includes the lifecycle management of privileged accounts (generic and functional on windows/UNIX/applications), review of IT changes related to IAM, security quality checks on Wintel servers, CyberArk safes and platform management.

Your Daily Tasks Would Include
