If you are intrigued by the prospect of contributing to a newly formed team focused on enhancing the end-user experience for administrators of employer platform, look no further.

As a Senior Software Engineer within, you will play a pivotal role in developing the self-service capabilities indispensable for administrators. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing features that empower users to effortlessly tailor their deployment knowledge objects, adapting to the evolving functionalities. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to discern the most crucial experiences for administrators, incorporating valuable insights from our customer base. Engage with UX Designers to ensure a cohesive and superior experience throughout the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop web pages dedicated to configuring core knowledge objects and identity management components, such as login workflows and user/group/role configurations
• Partner with Product Management to gather requirements for new self-service capabilities
• Collaborate with UX Designers to shape designs and deliver consistent experiences
• Influence the roadmap through customer feedback sessions and a firsthand understanding of usage
• Collaborate with senior engineers to guide technical decisions and overall frontend configuration architecture
• Analyze and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of web frameworks
• Foster collaboration within the team through open design discussions and code reviews
• Mentor junior software engineers and provide constructive feedback during code reviews
• Participate in an on-call rotation to promptly address customer concerns and troubleshoot critical issues
