Job summary

Infosys seeks a Workday Technical professional to lead design, development and deployment of Workday solutions. You will implement integrations, reporting, EIB and Studio components, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust, scalable tech solutions.

You will work with the consulting team to define requirements, craft to-be processes, and explore alternative approaches backed by research and POCs. Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading the design, development and implementation of Workday Technical.
• Design and develop Workday Integrations and reporting solutions to meet business requirements.
• Configure and maintain Workday Integrations, EIB, CC, Workday Studio, dashboards, and BIRT reports.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and solutions.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, aid the consulting team in problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment.
• Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research and build POCs.
• Create requirement specifications from business needs and define to-be processes and detailed functional designs.
• Support configuring solution requirements on products, diagnose root causes and identify solution alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high quality value adding solutions.
