• Acting as a Client Relationship Manager / Investment RMto deliver Wealth Management product and services to clients, with a focus on generating Wealth Sales by adopting cross sell , new client acquisition and being a trusted advisor to ensure both service excellence and profitability for the business.
• Achieve Financial and Non-Financial Sales Targets of all assigned Wealth Products
• Understand customer requirements and advise solutions based on the policies and guidelines set by the bank.
• Meet customer expectations by providing complete information and provide accurate and timely feedback.
• Provide after sales service/support to customers
• Achieve sales targets and implement the Retail Sales Wealth Management strategy and business plans to enhance growth and performance for the business.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of Retail Sales Wealth Management offerings and value propositions, considering the regulatory and technology requirements, to ensure products are captivating to drive customer acquisition.
• Assist in the mapping of appropriate sales approaches for customers, management, and retention processes for profitable customers, and in controlling attrition, to ensure profitability targets are met.
• Identify new opportunities within expatriate and Qatari trade boundaries through broader market knowledge and relationship management to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Manage customer portfolios by undertaking proactive outbound calls and ensuring all client queries and requests are responded to accordingly, to provide optimum service excellence and ensure customer retention.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings to ensure alignment with the Retail Sales Wealth Management team.
• Encourage clients to explore and utilize self-service channels such as mobile and online banking to assist in cost optimization and drive profitability.
• Promote the digital and new channel strategy of Retail Banking by using CB Video RM and CB Safe Id platforms on all calls.
• Review daily call activity and conversion rates to business for assigned customer portfolios and customer leads, to improve performance and achieve set unit targets.
• Regularly collect and update detailed information about clients as per standard formats and guidelines to ensure that the client database is always relevant for the business.
• Recommend improvements to functional procedures and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering specific areas of activity to ensure compliance with risk, audit, and regulatory requirements while delivering quality, cost-effective service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined areas of activity to guarantee employee safety, compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services, and a responsible environmental attitude.
• Prepare departmental MIS statements and report timely and accurately to meet CBQ and department requirements, policies and standards.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
• Follow the standard call scripts, recorded line process & other SOPs for submission of business.
• Meet the agreed sales target for each product and any new product as per business plan.
• Ensure daily fresh connect targets are met.
• Ensure adherence to policy and procedure.
• Responsible to capture initial comments/observations for next level review.
• Daily/Weekly/monthly reports to be shared with Unit Head
• Update WMS system regularly.
