Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary purpose of this position is to manage personnel, processes, equipment, and procedures required to receive, store, and distribute raw and packing materials for the manufacture of quality products in compliance with applicable guidelines and requirements. This is achieved by ensuring the functional area has the necessary resources, training, and information to meet departmental and business objectives.

Ensure regulatory compliance related to receipt, storage, handling, and transportation of controlled substances, hazardous materials, GWP, GMP, and housekeeping matters.

Participate in the budgeting process by gathering data to support budget requests impacting the functional area, and collaborate with department managers to assist in site budget preparation.

Be responsible for all aspects of quality and compliance within the functional area, ensuring activities comply with SOPs, cGMPs, production schedules, safety, environmental requirements, and facility policies.

Prior supervisory experience is required.

The position requires the ability to work outside of routine hours as necessary and to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

We are seeking an energetic candidate with a BS/MS degree in a management field, possessing 5-7 years of experience in inventory planning, materials management, inventory control, and warehousing. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.

The Warehouse Manager will supervise the Raw Material Warehouse, Packing Material Warehouse, and Finished Goods Warehouse through respective store incharges. The role involves comprehensive materials management and planning using ERP-based software.
