Job description

This creative design billet carries Multiple Posts allocated across Open Merit and provincial quotas to lead undergraduate (B.Des) and postgraduate studio instruction, design research, and creative portfolio development.

The day-to-day operational scope of VISITING FACULTY (ART & DESIGN / FASHION DESIGN) involves delivering hands-on studio demonstrations in draping, flat pattern drafting, textile weaving, digital 3D modeling, accessories prototyping, conducting rigorous studio juries and critiques, mentoring student graduation collections, and liaising with Pakistan's export apparel industry.

The candidate selection pathway entails credential evaluation against HEC faculty appointment criteria, followed by a competitive written screening examination evaluating creative design theory and studio pedagogy, concluding with an interview before the PIFD Selection Board.
