Job summary

Travel Guru Consultants in Lahore seeks an experienced visa and ticketing specialist to lead our visa and ticketing work. You will assess client profiles, prepare complete visit visa files for the UK, Schengen, USA, Canada, the Gulf and Asia, and review documents for accuracy.

You will also draft cover letters and travel plans, book appointments with VFS/TLS/Gerry's, issue and refund airline tickets on a GDS, and keep client records up to date in our system.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on visa processing experience.
• Files for UK, Schengen, USA or Canada handled.
• Clear written English and fluent Urdu; Punjabi a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess client profiles and provide honest written ratings.
• Prepare complete visit visa files for target regions.
• Review bank statements, employment and business documents for accuracy.
• Draft letters, travel plans and forms; verify colleagues' files.
• Book appointments with VFS, TLS and Gerry's; brief clients.
