• Prepare and submit detailed visa applications accurately and on time.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and provide timely updates throughout the process.
• Manage and track visa application workflows using CRM and case management tools.
• Schedule client appointments and coordinate with embassies or consular offices.
• Assess client eligibility by interpreting immigration rules and preparing supporting evidence.
