Job summary

hrsi seeks a Videographer & Video Editor to capture and produce high-quality video content for social media, events, and institutional communications at our Multan campus. The role blends creativity with technical expertise to deliver compelling stories for our audience.

The candidate will plan, shoot, and edit videos using industry-standard software, with a strong portfolio across formats and a readiness to work on-site at events and evenings/weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Arts, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Solid understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and audio production.
• Experience with motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Strong portfolio of video work across different styles and formats.
• Ability to work on-site at events, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for various platforms including social media, YouTube, and institutional website
• Film campus events, student activities, faculty features, and institutional milestones
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos with graphics, music, captions, and effects
• Operate and maintain video production equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio gear
• Collaborate with the content and graphics team to align video with overall creative strategy
• Manage a video content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all video projects
• Create reels, short-form videos, and long-form documentaries as required
• Archive and organize all video assets in an accessible file management system
