Job summary

A&O, a Lahore-based construction and interior design company, seeks a Videographer/Content Creator to document projects and strengthen its digital presence through compelling visual storytelling.

You will plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content showcasing progress, interiors, materials, and design details, while creating short and long-form pieces for social media and client communications. The role requires independence and a portfolio of relevant work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with videography, photography, video editing, and social media content production.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant video, interior, architecture, construction, lifestyle, or branded content is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content featuring construction progress, completed projects, interiors, materials, and design details.
• Create short and long-form content for social media, project presentations, marketing campaigns, and company communications.
• Develop creative concepts, shot lists, scripts, and production schedules in coordination with design and project teams.
• Capture interviews, site walkthroughs, before-and-after transformations, and client-focused stories.
• Use cameras, lighting, audio, stabilizers, and editing software to produce polished visual content.
• Organize media files, maintain an efficient content library, and ensure consistent visual branding across deliverables.
• Coordinate filming at construction sites and completed residential or commercial projects while following site safety requirements.

Job Specification

• Hands-on experience with videography, photography, video editing, and social media content production.
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and related production equipment.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable software.
• Ability to create engaging short- and long-form videos optimized for social platforms, including pacing, framing, transitions, captions, and sound.
• Understanding of composition, lighting, color, audio quality, storytelling, and visual branding.
• Ability to work independently from concept through final delivery and manage multiple content assignments.
• Strong communication, creativity, organization, attention to detail, and comfort working around active construction sites.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant video, interior, architecture, construction, lifestyle, or branded content preferred.
