Job summary

HR POD Careers is seeking an experienced video editor for real estate and property marketing projects in Lahore. You will craft engaging walkthroughs, promotional videos, reels, and corporate content, applying advanced color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.

The role requires proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects, strong storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects to a premium standard while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in real estate, property, architecture, or a related industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other professional video editing tools.
• Experience editing property walkthroughs, project showcases, promotional videos, reels, social media content, and corporate videos.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Ability to transform raw property footage into engaging, high-quality, and premium marketing content.
• Good understanding of social media video formats and platform-specific content requirements.
• Strong creative sense with a keen eye for visual quality, branding, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for real estate projects, property listings, developments, and marketing campaigns.
• Produce property walkthroughs, promotional videos, reels, short-form content, and corporate videos.
• Enhance raw footage through color correction, sound editing, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Create engaging video content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and digital advertising.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate campaign concepts into compelling video content.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure a premium visual presentation across all content.
• Organize and manage video assets, raw footage, project files, and final deliverables.
• Stay updated on video editing trends, real estate content styles, and emerging creative formats.
