Job summary

Adlance is hiring a Video Editor to join our in-house creative team in DHA Phase 5, Lahore. You will edit short-form video for social platforms and manage full post-production from assembly to export, working to tight UK-based deadlines.

To succeed, you should have 3+ years editing in an agency or similar setting, be highly proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects and CapCut, and bring a showreel that demonstrates range and pacing. This is a full-time on-site role.

• Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects and CapCut.
• Genuinely creative with advanced use of these tools.
• Showreel that demonstrates range, not a single style.
• Eye for pacing and sound; knowing when a cut lands.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up workflow.
• Able to work on-site in DHA Phase 5, Lahore, 1 PM to 10 PM, Mon to Fri.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video for social, including Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Cut longer pieces: campaign films, appeal videos, event recaps and testimonials.
• Handle the full post pipeline: assembly, colour, sound, graphics, titles and export for each platform.
• Work from briefs and storyboards, and take feedback through review rounds with the creative team.
• Turn around edits to client deadlines across a UK-hours workday.

We are hiring a Video Editor to join our in-house creative team in DHA Phase 5, Lahore.

What we are looking for

• An eye for pacing and sound; knowing when a cut lands is most of this job

• Able to work on-site in DHA Phase 5, 1 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday

Nice to have

• Motion graphics and animation
• Colour grading in DaVinci Resolve
• Some camera or lighting experience
• Experience with faith-sector or charity content

The details

• Rs 70,000 to Rs 150,000 per month, depending on experience
• Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 10 PM
• 3-month probation
