Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Skilled in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs such as plumbing, electrical and carpentry work.
• Install and maintain equipment and appliances.
• Inspect buildings for any necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with contractors for larger projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
