Job summary

ACE CPAs in Pakistan is seeking an experienced US Tax Specialist to own tax engagements from data collection through accepted e-file. This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage a portfolio of returns and deliver accurate work with minimal review.

You will prepare and file Federal and state returns (1040, 1120-S, 1065, 1120-H), handle notices, and coordinate with clients via email and Zoom. A PTIN or eligibility to obtain one before start is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience preparing US 1040, 1120-S, and 1065 returns, across at least two tax seasons.
• Recent, hands-on preparation in ProConnect or Drake Tax.
• Solid grasp of filing procedures, extensions, e-filing, and IRS notice responses.
• Experience using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file Federal and state returns: 1040, 1120-S, 1065, and 1120-H.
• Run complete engagements from source documents to accepted e-file.
• Handle multi-entity structures and multi-year filings.
